Fabric Identification & Patch Test

The first step in cleaning your carpets and one of the most important steps is identifying the fabric we are going to clean. If you have a delicate fabric like linen or cotton it needs to be cleaned differently to a standard synthetic fabric.

Pre-Vacuum & Pre Spot

We start by using our commercial vacuum cleaner which removes 80% of the dry soil in your carpets and we’ll then check for any spots like paint, spillages, food, pet accidents and we’ll apply our professional spotters to get to work on removing stubborn stains

Pre-Spray & Agitate

Our pre-spray carpet and upholstery cleaner is then sprayed on lightly to your carpets or upholstery. This detergent will get to work on all other stains, spots and traffic lanes.

Extract & Dry

Our powerful steam cleaning will further eliminate any lingering dirt and bacteria left after the pre-spray treatment and fully clean your carpet which is dried off extra fast using our air dryers.
