Luigi was great to deal with. He responded to my enquiries very quickly and was very professional. I really appreciated how he was honest in explaining about stains that may or may not come out. That was important to me that he was honest. He was extremely thorough here and did an amazing job. Wish I had a before picture but the carpet in living room had food stains and the wardrobe had a lot of eyeshadow stains all of which he removed brilliantly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Superior Carpet Cleaning again.
I have used Luigi many times in the past. His professionalism is the best I have encountered. Highly dependable, when he gives a day/time for the job, he always turns up on time. Today he cleaned the hall & stairs carpet which came up like new. He also cleaned and sterilised 2 king size mattresses.
